✺ What is the difference between 24 days of breath Vol 1 and Vol 2?

  • Volume 1 is more focused on introducing a whole big variety of breathwork styles and techniques so that you can use those in everyday settings whenever you need.
  • Volume 2 is more focusing on connecting you inward, the breath plays a role but the main focus is bringing you into listening to yourself and sparking you with little glimpses of inspiration when you go inward
  • Both Volumes are completely different in their topics and structure so I invite you to do them both one after another to get the most out of it and create a new daily habit
