This session is here to remind you how magical your life (already) is. An invitation to tap back into curiosity, that element of awe, light-hearted playfulness and to flip the switch on your perspective towards your current status, to how you view things in life, to what you are currently facing. I hope this session will sprinkle in some gratitude, jaw-dropping and heart-opening moments, small and big epiphanies and infuse what you already have with so much contentment.

Open to all levels, including full breathwork session with music. There will be a little impulse talk on the topic and some work around it [maybe journaling, embodiment exercise or meditation] and a full breathwork with around 45 min active breathing and a 10 min relaxation and integration phase.
