Tools: journaling/reflection, meditation, visualization, transformational breathwork

Focus: Reflection ✺ Letting Go, Forgiving (ourselves or others) ✺ Closing down the year, making peace with what happened ✺ Learning & Growing

We will be ✍️ journaling and consciously reflecting on what has happened throughout the year. There will be an open, safe room for reflection, introspection and questioning, looking back at the last year. We will view the past year from a neutral standpoint –  yet with a growth mindset – connecting the red dots, making amends and peace with the challenges it held, and reflecting on how far we have come and what we have overcome.
